Blok-Guard® & Graffiti Control WB 15 (18.9L) is a clear-drying, water-based silicone emulsion designed to weatherproof and protect concrete block, brick, unglazed terra cotta, porous tile, concrete, and natural stone surfaces. This versatile masonry sealer shields both interior and exterior walls from repeated graffiti attacks while maintaining the natural appearance of treated materials. Key benefits include superior rainwater penetration control, reduced efflorescence and mildew stains, and excellent surface beading that withstands extreme temperatures. The breathable formula allows moisture to escape, preventing trapped water damage. Treated surfaces exhibit outstanding UV stability and low odor, with the ability to resist water penetration over existing shrinkage cracks up to 0.02 inches. Recoatable for enhanced or refreshed protection as needed. Available across Canada in 5-gallon and 55-gallon containers.
