Stop air leakage before it compromises building performance. PROSOCO's Targeted Interior Air Seal (TIAS) is a water-based, elastomeric sealant applied from the inside to seal critical building envelope connections quickly and effectively.
TIAS seals through-wall penetrations, joints, seams, mudsills, top plates, bottom plates, and other critical connections that separate conditioned from non-conditioned spaces. Solvent-free, isocyanate-free, and phthalate-free—TIAS does not off-gas, making it ideal for occupied or newly constructed spaces.
Install around all interior air leakage points: ceiling and wall seams, floor plane joints, mudsill-to-slab transitions, plate-to-assembly connections, and around penetrations. Properly applied, TIAS penetrates deeply into construction gaps to maintain air-sealing performance long after spaces are occupied.
Designed for negative-side air control on new and existing construction. One 1-gallon container.
